Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Age: 22–32 years
Freshers are welcome
6+ months of loan sales experience preferred
Gold loan or field sales experience is an advantage
Must speak the local language of the hiring location
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits and open-market activities.
Acquire customers for gold loan products.
Explain loan features and assist with application documentation.
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
