Install, configure, and commission ATM machines at customer locations.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of ATMs.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to ATM systems.
Replace faulty ATM components such as card readers, cash dispensers, receipt printers, power supplies, and other peripherals.
Ensure ATM uptime as per SLA requirements.
Attend service calls and resolve issues within the defined TAT.
Maintain service reports, call logs, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal support teams for issue resolution.
Conduct site surveys and assist in ATM relocation and deployment activities.
Follow all safety and security guidelines during field operations.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper utilization.
