Key Responsibilities
Manage collection and recovery activities across the assigned territory.
Ensure timely collection of EMI payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Monitor delinquent accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
Handle bucket-wise collections, overdue cases, and NPA reduction.
Manage and guide collection executives to achieve monthly collection targets.
Conduct regular field visits to customers and coordinate with dealers.
Track collection performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Resolve customer payment issues and escalate critical cases when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
Monitor portfolio quality and minimize collection losses.
