About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to join our growing team. The role is primarily focused on B2C sales, lead follow-up, client handling, and converting interested prospects into clients.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a confident personality, and a strong sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with interested and generated leads.
Explain company services and assist customers with their queries.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Handle objections and effectively convert prospects into customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Update lead and client information in the CRM/system.
Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Financial Services, Stock Broking, Insurance, EdTech, Real Estate, Telesales, Inside Sales, or B2C Sales will be preferred.
