Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is critical in building a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients across industries (corporates, schools, hospitals, etc.)
Build and maintain a qualified lead database
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Introduce Regal Uniforms and generate interest
Fix qualified appointments/meetings for the sales team
Ensure timely follow-ups and meeting confirmations
Maintain detailed records of outreach and responses
Coordinate internally for smooth lead handover
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for meetings and lead generation
Key Requirements1–4 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / lead generation
Candidates from Corporate Gifting / Promotional Products background will be strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi is a plus)




Confident in handling cold calls and client conversations
Robust research skills (LinkedIn, Google, directories)
Organized with consistent follow-up discipline
