Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans, business loans, and housing loans.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Collect customer details and coordinate for loan documentation.
Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships.
Required SkillsGood communication skills in Tamil and basic English.




Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.
Valuable convincing and customer-handling skills.
