Role Summary
The company is looking for an experienced retail operations qualified to manage its company-owned coffee stores across Karnataka. Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of retail operations experience.
Experience managing multiple stores across different cities.
Robust knowledge of Store P&L; and profitability management.
Experience managing large retail teams and manpower planning.
Experience in business development and store expansion.
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
Graduate or postgraduate in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
