Job Description

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining loan products, and following up with customers to convert enquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain home loans, home loan balance transfers, and other loan products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer databases and update lead status.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and bank representatives.




Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is preferred.
Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Robust follow-up, negotiation, and lead management abilities.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Education: Minimum PUC / 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
Gender: Female candidates preferred.
Working Days: 6 days a week.
