We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in an educational support capacity. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to the academic development of students while working in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have equal access to the curriculum.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning workplace.
Support the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
Requirements
Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience and a genuine interest in supporting students’ learning.
Relevant qualifications in education or child development are advantageous.
Masters degree (M.Tech) degree mandatory.
Knowlede on Python or Gen AI or MERN Stack or knowledge in any IT domain would be an added advantage.
Nice to have
Experience working with children with special educational needs.
Knowledge of various teaching strategies and educational technologies.

Should be able to relocate to Hyderabad or Chennai or Andhra Pradesh to the Universities we have partnered with.
