Role: Biomedical Service Expert (BSE)

Role Summary:

Ensure installation, maintenance, and optimal performance of medical equipment while delivering exceptional technical support to healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission medical devices at client locations
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
Provide in office technical support and troubleshooting
Train hospital staff on equipment usage
Maintain service logs and documentation
Coordinate with sales team for pre-installation requirements
Ensure high uptime and customer satisfaction Eligibility:
Diploma / B.Tech in Biomedical / Electronics / ECE / EEE
1–4 years experience in medical equipment servicing

Added Advantage:
Experience in surgical or diagnostic equipment
Willingness to travel across assigned territory
