Costing and reporting of Commodity parts based on Milestones of each Project ( Bottom costing, RFQ, COST, F4, IP/PB )
Responsible to follow Costing guide line and Ref. data & support to Update CGL
Capitalization of product and process data pertaining to the Commodity ( SQ, Infosite, Cost reports etc)
To give proposals for cost reduction prospects in the parts manufacturing processes.
Challenge the suppliers / Stakeholder with proper technical and economic background explanations.
Visit Supplier and collect Required Costing information's and identify opportunities for the cost reduction improvements.
Support Digital Transformation of Process and Operations
Recent process improvement and solution for upstream projects.
Working knowledge on process and costing knowledge is required. Added advantage in Tier 1 experience in respective commodity.
