About Steps AI

Steps AI builds AI agents that handle sales and support conversations for D2C and e-commerce brands across their website, WhatsApp, Instagram and voice. We're a small team, and the brands we work with see more sales and lower support costs.

The role

You'll find the right companies, reach the right people there, and book meetings for our closers. That means a short list of target accounts and personal outreach to founders and CXOs in India, the US and the UK.

What you'll do
Build and research target account lists of D2C brands, e-commerce companies and mid-size businesses
Find decision-makers (founders, CXOs, heads of growth or CX) using Sales Navigator, Apollo and similar tools
Run multi-channel outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp), personalised for each account
Qualify interest and book discovery calls and demos




Keep the CRM up to date and report weekly on pipeline and meetings booked
Share what you hear from prospects with the founders to sharpen our pitch
What we're looking for
1–3 years in B2B sales as an SDR, BDR, inside sales rep or business development executive (SaaS preferred)
A track record of booking meetings, with numbers you can share
Comfortable cold calling and messaging senior people
Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar, and a CRM
Transparent spoken and written English
Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate; in office role

Good to have
Outreach experience in US, UK or Middle East markets
Selling SaaS, AI, chatbots, voice AI, CX or martech
Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands
