Senior Travel Consultant | Domestic & International Holidays

Key Responsibilities
Destination Expertise: Robust knowledge of domestic and international destinations, holiday packages, itineraries, and travel experiences.
Holiday Planning: Design customized travel packages based on client preferences, budgets, and requirements.
DMC Coordination: Build strong relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), negotiate competitive rates, and secure the best deals.
Sales & Conversion: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, confidently pitch packages, handle objections, and close sales.
Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Client Relationships:



Deliver skilled consultation, timely follow-ups, and seamless booking experiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in domestic and international holiday sales.

Excellent destination and product knowledge.

Robust negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

Established DMC connections are an added advantage.

Target-oriented mindset with a passion for travel.
