We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth for our CRM and ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for CRM and ERP software solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and other channels.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable CRM and ERP solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and coordinate software demonstrations.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Develop effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
Research market trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer segments.
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain sales pipelines, customer information, and business development reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in business development or software sales.
Experience selling CRM and ERP software solutions is preferred.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales and enterprise software sales processes.
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer business processes and recommend suitable software solutions.
Robust networking, relationship management, and customer acquisition skills.
Self-motivated and capable of achieving sales targets independently.
