Required Modules: Oracle HCM OTL, ORC, Time & Labor, and Learning
Key Requirements:
Robust functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and time management processes.
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Learning Management.
Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support.
Solid knowledge of business processes, workflows, approvals, and functional documentation.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
