Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company credit policies.
Identify legal risks associated with proposed lending transactions and recommend suitable mitigants.
Review and validate mortgage creation documentation.
Handle documentation related to loan disbursement and security creation.
Support recovery and collection teams in legal proceedings involving default accounts.
Liaise with customers, advocates, builders, and government authorities for legal clarifications.
Maintain legal records, reports, and compliance documentation.
