We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 15+ years of expertise in managing e governance projects and digital transformation, specifically in the implementation of Central and State level portals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities -
Lead the planning and implementation of e-governance projects in the state
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of all projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Oversee the development and deployment of multiple projects.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate projects risks and issues.
Prepare and present project status reports to customer and senior management.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
Mentor and guide project team members.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.




Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as and when needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
