Department: Corporate & Investment Banking

Location: Gurgaon

Work Model: 5 days WFO

Shift Timing: 1 pm to 10 pm (drop facility available as per hiring zone)

Role & responsibilities

Lead Analyst/Manager will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve.
Supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end-to-end lending journey such as follows:
Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit.
Must have experience in team handling, exposure to periodic MIS, Workflow management
Metrics calculation
Performing PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)




Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant
Met/Breach results
Performing Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:
Business Overview
Financial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)
Covenant performance
PD/LGD analysis
Verifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV, Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guideline.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust Accounting and financial skills
Understanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirable
Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino or Lexis would be preferable.
Excellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team culture
Challenging current thinking by implementing current ways of working Solid Accounting and financial skills
Bachelor's/master's degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 6+ years experience in similar profile.
