Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the ACCA academic vertical.
Oversee faculty, trainers, mentors, and academic operations.
Ensure quality teaching, timely doubt resolution, and effective student support.
Manage batch schedules, academic planning, mock tests, and student performance.
Monitor student progress, feedback, and examination outcomes.
Coordinate with sales, counselling, and operations teams.
Develop strategies to improve student experience, retention, and programme growth.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in ACCA teaching, ACCA-related work, or academic management.
Solid knowledge of ACCA papers, syllabus, examination structure, exemptions, and qualification pathways.
ACCA Qualified,



Affiliate, Finalist, or CA/CMA/CPA professional with relevant ACCA knowledge preferred.
Prior experience in team handling, faculty management, or academic operations is an advantage.
Solid communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.

Preferred Candidate
A proactive professional with strong ACCA knowledge and leadership abilities.
Someone capable of managing academic quality, teams, and overall programme performance.
A candidate interested in contributing to the growth of the ACCA vertical at IIM SKILLS.
