Knowledge on Jenkins and OpenTofu
Experience in Zscaler and Broadcom Proxies
Knowledge on ITSM best practices
Knowledge on Observability Tools like data dog.
IP Administration
Support 3rd Level Engineering Problem Escalation
Certification and testing of new applications and upgrades
Engineering and recommendation of recent products and technologies
Configure Monitoring solutions to Increase Stability to the Workplace
Collaborate with Teams and Test recent solutions to improve Customer Experience.
