Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for plumbing, drainage, water supply, and other public health engineering systems.
Prepare PHE layouts, detailed drawings, sections, and schedules as per project requirements.
Work with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure effective model coordination.
Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and relevant codes.
Update BIM models based on design changes and coordination comments.
Assist in preparing shop drawings and construction documentation.
Maintain model accuracy and deliverables within project timelines.





Preferred skills:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in PHE BIM modeling.
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
Basic understanding of plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Valuable communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
