We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our team and connect with students interested in pursuing higher education abroad.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries received through our website and marketing campaigns.
Handle incoming calls and provide basic information about study-abroad opportunities and our services.
Understand students’ interests, preferred countries, academic backgrounds, and study plans.
Explain our overseas education consultancy services and encourage students to book counselling sessions.
Schedule appointments between prospective students and education counsellors.
Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and student details.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle calls professionally and work towards targets.
Interest in the education and study-abroad industry.
Must be Graduate

Experience: Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or education consultancy will be an advantage.
