Key responsibilities:
Drive business development and achieve revenue targets in Delhi and nearby regions.
Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers to acquire new corporate clients requiring credit rating services.
Manage the complete client onboarding process and coordinate documentation.
Prepare presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and pitch decks for large corporate and CXO-level clients.
Own the sales pipeline, CRM, MIS reports, and client database for the region.
Conduct market research on industries, companies, and competitors to identify current business segments.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and industry bodies.
Attend client meetings, industry events, and represent company at key forums.
Keep abreast of financial markets, credit risk, and regulatory developments (SEBI/RBI).

Required skills:
8+ years of Business Development experience, mandatorily 2+ years in a Credit Rating Agency, and rest in Banking, or NBFC.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a sales/BD team (2+ members).
Solid understanding of:
Credit rating products (Bank Loan Rating, NCD, Commercial Paper,



SME Ratings)
Financial statements and cash flow analysis
Banking and financial markets
Corporate lending ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level relationship management skills.
Robust presentation, proposal-writing, and commercial negotiation abilities.
Valuable analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Self-driven with a consistent track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
