Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Candidates must hold at least one current certification: Workday Integration Pro or Workday Studio.
Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, including 4–6 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
Experience in scope definition, requirements gathering, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Robust knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect.
HCM or Financials integration lead experience is mandatory
Integration and people leadership experience across at least three HCM or Financials implementations, covering a minimum of two project phases
Experience in effort estimation, implementation planning, and project management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills,



with robust interpersonal abilities to build relationships based on trust and collaboration.
Ability to train and mentor Huron staff and contribute to their career development in technical and project management areas.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying scope, scale, and duration.
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, and ASAP Utilities.
Willingness and ability to travel based on business requirements and work extended hours as needed.
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, financial, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
