Rukmani Motors is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, feedback, and after-sales coordination for electric scooters and bikes.

Mandatory requirement: Only candidates with previous two-wheeler industry experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries related to electric scooters and bikes.
Follow up with customers regarding sales, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
Coordinate with sales, service, and workshop teams to resolve customer issues.
Contact customers for service reminders, feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.

Eligibility Criteria




Previous two-wheeler industry experience is mandatory.
Experience in a two-wheeler dealership or service center is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software are an advantage.
Positive attitude, follow-up skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Salary Details
Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000
Salary will depend on experience and skills.
