Desktop Support Engineer- Backup

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, applications, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of computer systems and networks, and will be responsible for ensuring that all desktop settings are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and applications.
Manage Active Directory, O365, user accounts, and access rights.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
Support employee onboarding/offboarding and system setup.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
Provide VIP support to CEO and Directors.Qualifications:
1–4 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, O365, hardware, and basic networking.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Skills:
Proficient in Windows and offcie 365
Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting
Experience with remote desktop applications
Troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills
Positive communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
