Perform patient assessment, record vital signs, and document relevant clinical information accurately.
Assist consultants during OPD consultations, examinations, and minor procedures as per established protocols.
Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Follow infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene, biomedical waste segregation, and protected disposal of sharps.
Ensure patient identification, patient safety, privacy, dignity, and adherence to patient rights.
Educate patients regarding prescribed medications, investigations, follow-up visits, and discharge instructions.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
