Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th
Kannada is mandatory
Positive communication skills in Kannada & English
Freshers can apply
Candidates with Telesales / Sales experience are preferred
Insurance sales experience will be an added advantage

Salary & Incentives
Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC – candidates with excellent communication skills
Experienced Sales Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
Unlimited Incentives based on performance

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
Explain insurance products, advantages, and plans
Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups
Achieve assigned sales targets
