Hiring: Team Leader Nurse (TL Nurse)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide nursing staff.
Manage duty rosters, shift handovers, and staff allocation.
Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
Monitor medication administration and nursing documentation.
Follow infection control protocols and NABH standards.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments.
Handle nursing staff concerns and training.

Required Candidate Profile
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 3–5 years of hospital experience; team leader experience preferred.
Valid nursing council registration as per hospital requirements.
Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Willing to work rotational shifts.
