Work Mode: Initially remote until the respective branch opens
Training: At our Dubai office

What you will own

Business & P&L; Management
Take ownership of revenue, budgets, costs, and profitability for your assigned branch, cluster, or site
Develop business plans and identify opportunities for market growth

Team Building & Leadership
Recruit and build a team from scratch, where required
Train, mentor, and manage team members, with transparent targets and accountability

Sales & Mandate Execution
Oversee mandate-based brokerage sales, from lead generation to closure
Build relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners
Monitor pipeline performance, conversions, and collections

Setup & Operations
Establish local operations, workflows, and reporting systems
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service partners
Provide management with performance updates and market insights

What we need from you

Required Skills & Experience
Mandate-based real estate brokerage experience is mandatory
Proven P&L; management experience




Track record of building teams and delivering business results
Strong understanding of the relevant local real estate market
Effective negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching branches or managing multiple sites
Established developer and channel partner network

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
