Job Summary

Glow and Glitter Boutique is looking for a skilled and responsible E-commerce Backend Executive to manage day-to-day Shopify website operations, online orders, inventory, customer support, and courier coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce backend operations and solid attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update products, pricing, images, descriptions, collections, and inventory on Shopify.
Upload new arrivals and ensure accurate stock availability on the website.
Process online orders and coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
Generate shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners.
Track shipments and resolve delayed, undelivered, or lost shipment issues.
Handle customer queries,



complaints, returns, exchanges, and refund requests professionally.
Update website banners and promotional content when required.
Support basic creative requirements using Canva/Photoshop.
Coordinate with the social media team for online promotions and product updates.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Shopify / E-commerce backend management
Order processing and inventory management
Courier and shipment coordination
Customer service and complaint handling
Positive communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
