The MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining company data to support decision-making and operational efficiency. The role involves generating reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting management with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain company data from multiple departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports and databases.
Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, and data sheets.
Analyze business data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather required information.
Maintain proper documentation and data backups.
Track KPIs and performance metrics.
Automate reports and processes where possible using advanced Excel tools.
Support management with data analysis and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros,



Data Analysis)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage large datasets
Positive communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau
Basic understanding of SQL or databases
Experience with ERP or CRM systems

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field
Certification in Advanced Excel or Data Analytics is an advantage

Experience
0–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or related roles.
