Job description: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the gallery’s overall marketing strategy, content calendars, marketing plans, marketing reports and performance dashboards
Manage social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for exhibitions, artists, artworks, events and special projects and generate leads.
Manage and monitor performance of Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
Oversee creation of social media posts, reels, videos, newsletters, blogs and promotional content.
Strengthen the gallery’s online presence, brand visibility and audience engagement.
Manage email marketing,



WhatsApp marketing and other client communication campaigns.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Solid knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organisational, analytical and project-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Interest in art, culture and design is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
