Altius Wellness is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary Child Development Team in Newtown, Kolkata . The successful candidate will work with children experiencing developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and challenges with daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
Assess children's fine motor, sensory, functional and developmental skills.
Develop and implement individualised occupational therapy plans.
Support sensory integration, motor coordination and activities of daily living.
Work collaboratively with speech therapists, clinical psychologists and special educators.
Guide parents and caregivers on home-based activities and developmental strategies.
Maintain therapy records and monitor progress.

Qualifications
B.O.Th. or M.O.Th. from a recognised institution.
Valid RCI registration where applicable to the skilled qualification and scope of practice.
Experience in paediatric occupational therapy or child development is preferred.
Robust communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
