Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses, colleges, admissions, and career options.
Handle calling, lead follow-ups, and admission enquiries.
Have basic knowledge of college courses, subjects, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Handle basic HR coordination and employee-related activities.
Maintain student/lead records and follow-up details.
Achieve counselling and calling targets.
Requirements:
Positive communication and counselling skills.
Prior experience in HR, College Counselling, Admission Counselling, or Telecalling preferred.
Positive knowledge of college courses and subjects.
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
