Convert approved estimates into orders and billing, and pass transparent job details to the production team in one handover.
Keep customer records and estimate history up to date in the software.
Handle customer queries, changes and complaints politely and promptly.
Check payments, advances and invoices for accuracy.

Requirements
B.Com graduate with a valuable grasp of accounts, billing and GST basics.
Comfortable with billing/estimation software, MS Excel and basic computer tools.
Good communication in Malayalam and English.
Confident dealing with customers independently, with a polite and patient manner.
Quick, accurate calculation skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of printing products (flex, stickers, mugs, magnets, pin badges, etc.) is an added advantage but not mandatory
