Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal departments, handle customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Experience in the jewellery or diamond jewellery industry will be preferred.
