We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the positions of Telecaller and Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Assist schools with software-related queries and basic technical support.
Explain our School ERP software features to customers.
Follow up with existing clients and prospective customers.
Maintain customer records and provide timely support.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good convincing skills and customer-handling ability.
