Job Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities during the assigned shift.
Handle plastic injection moulding machines used for automotive components.
Monitor production targets, cycle time, machine utilization, and productivity.
Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Toolroom departments to resolve production issues.
Monitor rejection, scrap, and rework to minimize production losses.
Ensure proper manpower allocation and shift-wise work distribution.
Maintain production reports, shift handover reports, and machine records.
Ensure adherence to 5S, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor material availability and coordinate with the store department.
Troubleshoot basic machine and mould-related issues to minimize downtime.




Ensure timely completion of production targets and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering field.
3–4 years of experience in plastic injection moulding, preferably in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, and process parameters.
Understanding of quality standards, rejection control, and production planning.
Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Ability to manage shop-floor operations independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
