Job Responsibilities:
Generate home loan and personal loan leads through own network and company-provided leads.
Source loan files and ensure proper documentation and verification.
Coordinate with Branch for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
Manage the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
Achieve monthly business targets.

Requirements:
Experience in home loans, personal loans, banking, or DSA sales.
Knowledge of loan eligibility and documentation.
Solid communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
Graduate preferred; field travel required.
