Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote real estate projects, generate leads, arrange property site visits, and convert potential customers into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
Understand customer property requirements and budgets.
Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Arrange site visits and property presentations.
Follow up with prospective buyers and handle customer queries.




Negotiate deals within approved pricing and business policies.
Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams.
Maintain customer databases and sales activity reports.
Assist customers throughout the booking process.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
