Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused qualified to manage daily short-term rental operations and ensure an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Coordinate housekeeping and property maintenance.
Ensure rooms and apartments are clean, ready, and well-maintained.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills:
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking platforms.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
