Senior Civil Construction Planning Engineer
Experience: 7–10 Years
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor project schedules, construction plans, and work programs.
Develop baseline schedules, track progress, and identify delays using MS Project or Primavera P6.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and MEP departments.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project milestones.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Conduct critical path analysis and implement recovery plans to meet project deadlines.
Review drawings, BOQs, and construction sequences to ensure timely execution.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Experience: Hospital, commercial, or multi-storey building construction projects.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
