Job Description – Labour Compliance Accountant

Company: SVA EPC & Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Pashan, Pune
Experience: 7–10 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Manage labour compliance for construction sites and contractors.
Handle EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory compliance.
Maintain attendance, wage registers, muster rolls and labour records.
Manage labour licences, contractor registrations and BOCW compliance.
Prepare monthly challans, returns and compliance reports.
Coordinate with CAs, labour consultants, government departments and site teams.
Verify contractor compliance documents and ensure timely submission.
Conduct project site visits 3–4 times per month.

Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce or a relevant field.
Solid knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in construction/EPC companies preferred.
Proficiency in PF/ESIC portals and MS Excel.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
