Achieve monthly sales targets and branch revenue objectives.
Drive sales of slimming, weight management, inch-loss, and body-contouring packages.
Identify prospects for upselling, cross-selling, package upgrades, and renewals.
Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
Follow up on leads, walk-in clients, enquiries, and prospective customers.
Prepare and execute action plans to improve branch profitability.
Lead, motivate, and manage the clinic team, including doctors, dieticians, therapists, and sales counsellors.
Set individual and team targets and monitor performance regularly.
Ensure proper duty allocation, shift management, and manpower availability.
Conduct regular team meetings to review sales, operational performance, and customer feedback.
Identify training needs and improve employee productivity and service quality.
Track daily sales, revenue, lead conversions,



appointments, and client footfall.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Analyse business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor team productivity and take corrective action when targets are not achieved.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
