Job Description

Nexwise Associates Pvt Ltd is looking for Telecallers to join our collection team in Ernakulam. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities
Make customer follow-up calls regarding pending payments.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Provide payment reminders and record customer updates.
Maintain call records and customer information.
Follow up regularly and work towards assigned targets.

Requirements




Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confidence in handling customer calls.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or collection calling is an advantage.
