Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment closure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including Software Developers, Frontend and Backend Developers, Full Stack Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other technical roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and communication.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and development teams.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring pipelines.
Follow up with selected candidates and ensure timely joining.
Coordinate with management to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Track interview lineups, selections, offers,



and joining status.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Support HR operations and employee-related activities as required.

Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
Valuable understanding of IT roles and technical hiring requirements.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
