Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for confident and knowledgeable faculty members to participate in YouTube discussions related to competitive examinations and educational topics.

Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in YouTube discussions and educational video sessions.
Explain competitive exam topics clearly and engagingly.
Discuss current affairs, general knowledge, and exam-related updates.
Present information confidently in front of the camera.
Collaborate with the content and video production team.
Help create informative and engaging educational content for YouTube.

Skills Required
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in speaking in front of the camera.
Robust subject knowledge in relevant competitive exam topics.




Fluency in Tamil and/or English.
Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Prior teaching, YouTube, or video presentation experience is an advantage.

Eligibility
Candidates with relevant subject knowledge can apply.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Candidates experienced in TNPSC, Banking, SSC, RRB, or other competitive examinations are preferred.
