Responsibilities

Tender Management & Proposal Support
Assist in reviewing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents.
Support the preparation and compilation of technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and documentation.
Follow up with vendors for quotations, pricing, technical inputs, and submission updates.
Maintain tender trackers, submission deadlines, and follow-up records.
Learn Levarus services, technologies, and pricing models to support proposal preparation.
Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and aligned with tender requirements.

HR Administration & Recruitment
Assist with recruitment activities, job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews,



feedback, and joining formalities.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance.
Maintain attendance, leave records, employee details, and other HR documentation.
Assist in preparing HR letters, internal communications, and employee-related documents.
Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and follow company policies.

Who Can Apply?
Fresh graduates, preferably MBA HR or MBA graduates from other specializations.
Candidates interested in both HR activities and tender/proposal management.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
