Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage daily production activities, coordinate manpower, monitor inventory, and ensure smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities.
Manage manpower, production schedules, and workflow.
Monitor raw materials, stock, and inventory.
Ensure product quality and timely dispatch.
Track production targets, wastage, and machine utilisation.
Maintain production reports, MIS, and Excel records.
Coordinate with quality, inventory, and dispatch teams.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action.

Required Skills
Experience in factory operations or manufacturing.
Positive knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
Positive team management and communication skills.

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
